Fitzsimons Doyle and Associates provided Project Management and Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy Services for the Iveragh Group Ltd.’s 4 storey building over basement carpark comprised of 77 high quality, professionally managed student and self-catering holiday apartment suites (comprising 65 no. single suites, 8 no. twin suites and 4 no. two bed suites).

The development is specifically designed for use during the college semester by senior undergraduates, post-graduates and visiting academics and in the summer season by short term tourist visitors.

The apartments and studios are fully serviced with a provision in the basement for car parking and bicycle spaces.
